Policies and Regulations Club Night

Please follow our house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for everyone at De Kroon.

Door Policy Rules

  1. You must be at least 21 years old and able to show ID if asked.
  2. Dress neatly: no sportswear, sneakers, torn or dirty clothes, caps, or indecent attire.
  3. Annoying, threatening, or intimidating behavior will first receive a warning, then denial of entry or removal if repeated. Future access may be denied.
  4. We may refuse entry to groups larger than 4 people.
  5. Special theme nights have announced dress codes. Not following them may result in denied entry.
  6. Drugs (possession, use, or trade) are strictly forbidden. Violations lead to an immediate local ban; trading will be reported to police.
  7. Weapons of any kind are forbidden and will be confiscated.
  8. All guests must agree to a security check. Refusal means no entry.
  9. If suspected of being under the influence, you may need a breathalyzer test. Refusal or positive result may lead to denied entry.
  10. When crowded or during special events, we reserve the right to refuse entry.

House Rules

  1. Treat all guests and staff with tolerance and respect, regardless of origin, culture, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or age.
  2. Use of the cloakroom is mandatory.
  3. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking rooms. Violations may lead to sanctions.
  4. In emergencies, always follow staff instructions.
  5. Management is not liable for injury or loss/damage to property.

Locker Regulations

  1. Locker use is at your own risk; Dutch custody laws do not apply.
  2. €2.00 fee per locker (may vary for events). Only coats, bags, helmets, and umbrellas accepted. No liability for stored items.
  3. Check locker function before use and hand in any found items to staff.
  4. No liability for lost PIN codes or items. Maximum liability limited to €150 per locker (except intent/gross negligence).
  5. Fraudulent use still requires payment.
  6. Contents of coats/bags are not under our responsibility.
  7. You are responsible for properly locking the locker.
  8. We may inspect lockers and refuse valuable, large, or prohibited items.
  9. Empty lockers before closing time. Items returned only with valid PIN/code.
  10. Lost PIN/key: Items released next day with proof of ownership.
  11. For lost/broken PIN/key: Report to manager, show ID, sign form. We may open locker (possibly at your cost) and verify ownership.
  12. Uncollected items: Liability ends at event close. Contact lost@dekroon.nl for retrieval during opening hours.
  13. You are responsible for any damage caused to lockers or surrounding areas.
